During 16 years in corporate Human Resource roles, Cathy observed how stress, complex situations, relationships and the pursuit for work/life integration affected individuals' performance, productivity & well being....at work, home and everywhere in between. Cathy believes that the Body, Mind & Spirit each require attention and development to achieve greater well being.
